Day 01: Arrival in Kathmadu, transfer to Hotel, cultural dinner at typical Nepali restaurant in the evening

Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu valley, preparation of the trek

Day 03: Fly from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj and transfer to Hotel

Day 04: Fly to Jhupal [2,320M / 7,610ft] and trek to Dunai [2,850M / 9,348ft]

Day 05: Trek to Tarakot [2,543M / 8,341ft]

Day 06: Trek to Laini [3,160 M / 10,365FT]

Day 07: Trek to Nawarpani [3,545M / 11,627FT]

Day 08: Trek to Do Tarap [4,090M / 13,415ft]

Day 09: Rest Day at Do Tarap for acclimatization

Day 10: Trek to Numa La Base Camp [4,440M / 14,563FT]

Day 11: Cross Numa La [5,190M / 17,023ft], and camp at Pelung Tang [4465M / 14,645FT]

Day 13: Trek to Ringmo [3,600M / 11,808FT]

Day 14: Rest Day at Ringmo for a hike to Phoksundo Lake

Day 15: Trek to Shyanta [2,520M / 8,265FT]

Day 16: Trek to Jhupal

Day 17: Fly to Kathmandu via Nepalgunj

Day 18: Rest day in Kathmandu

Day 19: Departure from Kathmandu
