This trekking can be done throughout the year however January to May and October to December is better time comparing the monsoon months; i.e. June, July, August and September though trekking is still doable in this region. During best months the sky is generally crystal clear, the views are inspiring and the weather is breath taking. During monsoon season the trails are full of leeches which can be very inconvenient for many trekkers. During this period it rains frequently in the late afternoon, night and early morning that leaves the trail wet and slippery as well. March to April is the months of blossoming season of rhododendron and many other flowers that can be spotted from few places, simply looks very beautiful on the trail.
