The best time to trek to is usually during the dry season, from October to May. In the spring, there is a chance of snow on some of the high-altitude passes, while rainfall can make parts of the trail impassable. Autumn ensures a clear and dry high-mountain pass with a good chance of a clear view of Mt. Everest and other peaks.
There are three optimal seasons for trekking to Everest Panorama: Spring, Fall, and Winter. The Spring Season begins in March and runs until May, while the Fall season runs from September through November. “The Trek was excellent – the scenery was fantastic with the clear weather in mid-October. The trekking was sometimes challenging, but never too hard for fairly fit “almost-60-year-olds”. The views of Everest and its surrounding peaks, especially from Tengboche Monastery, were fantastic. If you don’t feel the need or have the time, to go all the way to Everest Base Camp, this is the trek to take!”
