SUPPORT

Meals and Accommodation: Everest Panorama trek is a lodges / tea houses based trek. So, we eat and sleep at them. In Kathmandu, we provide accommodation with only breakfast. Accommodation on the trek will be a private room however bathrooms and toilets will be shared with other rooms / people.

The meals on the trek will be locally and mostly prepared using ingredients from Nepal most of the time, but Kathmandu offers a wide variety of basic to high-quality luxury burgers. On the trek, only a limited number of locally prepared meals are available.

Best Season for Everest Panorama Trek: Everest Panorama Trekking can be done throughout the year however spring and autumn are considered better. The best time to trek to is usually during the dry season, from October to May. In the spring, there is a chance of snow on some of the high-altitude passes, while rainfall can make parts of the trail impassable. Autumn ensures a clear and dry high-mountain pass with a good chance of a clear view of Mt. Everest and other peaks.

There are three optimal seasons for trekking to Everest Panorama: Spring, Fall, and Winter. The Spring Season begins in March and runs until May, while the Fall season runs from September through November. The main reason for having a narrow window is that the mountains on each side of the valley will be filled with snow and ice and can prove treacherous for trekkers.

This trekking route is a short and beautiful trekking route, and many people flock to do it each year. Everest National Park area has been designated as a “significant cultural property” by the UNESCO World Heritage Center, which has called it “the jewel of Nepal.

Couple Traveller

“The Trek was excellent – the scenery was fantastic with the clear weather in mid-October. The trekking was sometimes challenging, but never too hard for fairly fit “almost-60-year-olds”. The views of Everest and its surrounding peaks, especially from Tengboche Monastery, were fantastic. If you don’t feel the need or have the time, to go all the way to Everest Base Camp, this is the trek to take!”
