Here is a complete and comprehensive trekking gear list for Nepal, categorized for clarity and practicality. This covers all types of treks—from teahouse treks like Everest Base Camp or Annapurna Circuit to remote camping treks like Dhaulagiri Circuit or Upper Dolpo.

Clothing
